SPG Workspace Revamp

Description

We previously merged a 50+ member team on Notion workspace, but the rest of the team kept creating their own database views, and have low adoption rate on the bilt systems. We ran a full audit across, built based on their workflows, and educated the team they can focus on execution and delivery.
