Creative OKR

Description

An analytics leaderboard is needed by the decision-makers in order to track their client delivery stats (e.g., briefs created, revision %, workload per team members) so we connected the analytics tracker to their systems to show real-time, realiable data so that they can see the numbers in a glance instead of asking their team or waiting for the weekly/monthly report. This is connected to the Client Delivery Operating System project.
